The 2003 Annual Conference of the Transportation Association of Canada (TAC) was held in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, from September 21 to 24 under the theme The Transportation Factor. The TAC conference is the largest annual transportation-related gathering of its kind in Canada.

TAC has published its conference proceedings only in CD-ROM format. They include all available papers from the conference's technical sessions. Although not required to do so, panel discussion and workshop participants were also given the opportunity to submit full papers for publication in the conference proceedings.
