LION’S DEN – INNOVATING IDEAS INTO REALITY (PD)
L’ŒIL DU LION – OÙ LES IDÉES NOVATRICES DEVIENNENT RÉALITÉ (TR)

The Lion’s Den features four key groups of participants: Innovators, Lions, Audience Members, and the viewers. Innovators will pitch their ideas to the lions. Communication dynamics between pre-screened innovators and lions are a crucial component of the success of this event. Audience members will witness the exchange between these two groups and have an opportunity to provide feedback after each presentation. They can help innovators recognize their current attitudes towards accepting risk through innovation to promote change at an organizational level.
L’Œil du lion compte quatre groupes de participants : les innovateurs, les lions, les membres de l’auditoire et les spectateurs. Les innovateurs présenteront leurs idées aux lions. La dynamique de communication entre les innovateurs présélectionnés et les lions constitue un élément essentiel de la réussite de cette activité. Les membres de l’auditoire assisteront aux échanges entre ces deux groupes et pourront formuler des commentaires après chaque présentation. Ils pourront également aider les innovateurs à reconnaître leurs attitudes face aux risques liés à l’innovation afin d’encourager le changement au niveau organisationnel.
